No stock will be released otherwise.

To obtain the best possible price, order in the largest possible quantities.
Items in this catalogue are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Forward cover is purchased every three months between the Rand and US Dollar. Orders for quantities
exceeding the amount of printers and consumables kept in stock by ACS, will require additional
forward cover to be purchased by ACS. ACS will purchase additional Forward Cover upon receipt
of a firm order and will advise the rate accordingly.
There is a 10% handling fee payable on cancellation of an official order.

All freight F.O.B. South Africa.
Returns
PHRS Card Solutions values our relationship with you and offers a return policy for most products
that you purchase from PHRS Card Solutions. Under this policy, you may return to PHRS Card Solutions,
within the applicable return policy period, products that you purchased from PHRS Card Solutions for a
credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and applicable restocking fees.
Returns

that you purchase from PHRS Card Solutions. Under this policy, you may return to PHRS Card Solutions,
within the applicable return policy period, products that you purchased from PHRS Card Solutions for a
credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and applicable restocking fees.
Our Return Policy is defined below
- All returns must be requested within 30 days from invoice date.
- All custom products are not authorised for return.
- All returns must have prior approval and assigned a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) number.
Please contact +861 633 978 and one of our representatives will provide the RMA number.
- RMA number must be on the shipping label ONLY. Avoid writing the RMA number or any other markings on the box or the product cannot be re-sold as new.
- RMA number will expire unless the return is received by PHRS Card Solutions within 15 days of issuance.
- All returns are subject to re-stocking fee up to 25%.
- All returns must be in their original condition including all packaging, manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, etc.
- All products must be double boxed to avoid additional damage during shipping.
- Miss shipments must be filed within 15 days of invoice date.
- Customer is responsible for freight when returning product.
- Customer assumes all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return until received by PHRS Card Solutions.
Product may be refused and returned to the customer if any of the above conditions are not attained.
General Terms and conditions
- Datacard printers have a 2-year carry-in warrantee.
- *Ribbon kits include all necessary cleaning supplies for the Printer’s daily operation.
Each kit includes one ribbon, one alcohol cleaning card and one adhesive cleaning sleeve.
- **Additional alcohol cleaning cards and cleaning sleeves can also be ordered separately.
- Other Card Consumables are also available.
- Kindly note: we sell only original products. Your 24 month warrantee will be deemed
null and void if you should use non-original or grey products on your printer causing damaged to your printer.
- Repairs or replacements on printers due to damage caused to any part of the printer by non-original or grey products will be for the clients account.
- Kindly note: we sell only original stickibacks. Your 24 month warrantee will be deemed null and void
if you should use non-original stickibacks on your printer. Inferior stickibacks damages your printhead:
the glue used liquefies when the stickiback is printed on. The glue fixes itself onto the rollers and printhead.
Thus causing damage to the printhead and rollers. Printhead will need replacement if damaged.
