GOGreen Firmware Update: Windows

Before you begin...
This firmware is intended for all CP, CP Plus, SP, SP Plus, and FP series card printers using the following versions of Windows: Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000, Windows NT.

Important printer driver information when Updating Firmware

If the printer is operating currently on an older version printer driver you will have to uninstall the printer driver when updating the firmware and then install the latest version of the printer driver for your printer. Otherwise your new GOGreen Supplies RFID will not be recognised by the printer.

Follow the steps below and select your specific printer’s driver.

It is advisable to save the download onto your desktop/Memory-USB Stick/harddrive or CD before running the driver onto your computer.

This printer driver supports Datacard® SP and SP Plus Series Card Printers. Also, both Datacard® SP and SP Plus Series Card Printers can reside on the same computer.

This download supports the following 32-bit Microsoft operating systems:
  • Windows® 7
  • Windows Vista®
  • Windows XP®
  • Windows® 2003 Server
  • Windows® 2008 Server
The PC-to-Printer Security Option is not compatible with this driver release. Do not update to driver v12.0 if the PC-to-Printer Security Option is installed on your PC
